It’s that time! The 18th annual Crossfire Fall Rally will be hosted at the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, in Asheville, NC. This event will be a great combination of runs, destinations and events that are new and some of those favorites we all have! Relocating this year to an area that is centrally located between our more traditional “Dragon” event and the northern Tennessee event from last year gives us direct access to familiar runs, like the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, and some of the runs we were able to make last year in northern Tennessee. We will add runs around Asheville, including the famous Blue Ridge Parkway!
You’ll enjoy three full days of fun on the roads, sightseeing, and visiting local points of interest. Plan to check out and head home on Monday to be sure you don’t miss any of the fun!
Our host hotel, the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, is located directly in an area with good food and shopping opportunities, and access to the routes we want to take. The Hilton has a large parking garage, and they will be reserving the entire roof for our Crossfires! This will give us a safe place to park, gather to talk cars and to line up for our runs. Bringing a trailer? No problem! There is a parking area for those, too. We have negotiated a special rate for our stay of $149/night. This holds the rate the same as other venues of past years, despite rising costs everywhere. We are thankful to the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park for extending this to us.
Your Rally Team has already organized some routes, run leaders, and places to visit for this year. This is the largest gathering of Crossfires on the planet… be a part of it!
There is a $25 registration fee per car, which covers direct costs of the event (note: all funds are put into the event and team members do not get paid for putting this together). Once you register, you will be given a link to get the special rate to reserve your room at the hotel. You cannot access this rate going directly to the hotel for reservations.

Yes, we said REGISTER! Our fall event brings new opportunities to enhance your weekend with fellow car nuts gathering together, so by charging per car we can guarantee a Friday morning kick-off meeting room and designated group parking for an enhanced weekend of fun. Registration is $25 per car, plus a small admin fee (required by the event registration software) and credit card fees.
You must register for the event before you can book your hotel room.
Once you register for the event, you’ll be directed to a special link to book your hotel room with a discounted room rate of $149 per night until our room block fills up. THE SOONER YOU REGISTER AND THE FASTER YOU GET YOUR ROOM BOOKED, THE BETTER THE CHANCE YOU’LL RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED RATE.

- THE SNAKE US highway 421 in Tennessee has a section 13 miles long with 489 curves.

- Back of the Dragon Virginia’s route 16 has 32 miles with 400 curves crossing three mountains in its course from Marion, Virginia to Tazewell, Virginia.
