We trust you reveled in the excitement of the 2023 Crossfire Fall Rally last September! We feel our hard work at a new venue with thrilling roads, coupled with enhanced planning, made for an unforgettable experience.
The 2023 event’s success was a result of the dedication of Dean and Lori Wildman, Zach Joslyn, and the planning committee. However, due to personal commitments, Dean, Lori, and Zach are unable to lead the 2024 event. This is where we need your passion and leadership!
With the groundwork laid in 2023, planning for the 2024 Crossfire Fall Rally promises to be even smoother. We are looking for individuals ready to take the helm and lead the planning and execution. Our exceptional volunteer team is ready to support you, and your role would be crucial in ensuring a seamless and successful event.
As the new leader, your responsibilities include coordinating with the hotel for accommodations, updating the website, setting up registration in our software, engaging the community, recruiting volunteers, and planning daily events. Leveraging the groundwork from the previous year will make this year’s planning significantly easier, ensuring a more streamlined process.
While we appreciate everyone willing to volunteer, we are specifically seeking an individual to take on the leadership role in planning and execution.
